Steinhafels - Unresolved damage on delivery
We bought a couch Spring of last year, we love the couch but during delivery the guys accidentally ripped off the handle to our front door. They were very apologetic and provided a number to have the lock replaced.
We replaced the handle/lock ourselves and tried to get ahold of the person for months for reimbursement but never did.
Never even got a call back after the initial call. It was around $30 and after about 3 months and maybe 6 calls I gave up.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Just to update - They actually repaired the damage a few days later in my case. They have a guy who just does these kinds of repairs.
They just smashed in my closet door this morning... it will have to be replaced.
Reading this is not making me very optimistic. Thanks for posting it though, so I know what to expect.
