We bought a dining room table. When the dining room table was delivered the delivery team could not have been more rushed to get me to sign off and let them leave.
While I could still hear the truck speeding away I notice awful gashes and scratches on the table. I attached a picture of just a couple of the scratches we noticed but they wave all over the surface of the table I called customer care and was assured that a manager would inspect a new table prior to it being delivered. The second table had severe damage to the base and the delivery team didn't even take it off the truck. Once again I called customer care and was then told that a manager did not inspect the second table.
So i was lied to about that. Waiting for the third table to come in and was told that this time a manager really would inspect the table prior to delivery.
I just don't see how I could ever buy anything from them again. Still dont have a table.
