Steinhafels - Sofa Review
Leather sofa set was delivered with a nick/cut in the leather. The store had the set in stock but ordered the wrong replacement sofa.
As a result, the set was no longer available. They suggested trying to repair it which made it worst. The leather now looks burnt. In order to return the set and get a comparable set, the store expects me to pay an additional $1,000 since they aren't running a similar sale.
I also bought a custom ottoman which arrived with defects. I spent $7,000 total so I would expect better quality and service. My salesperson has been trying to help, but the company's policies and customer service is poor.
I had 4 issues with my order and somehow they expect me to pay for their mistakes. Don't recommend.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
