Steinhafels in Kenosha sucks, and they have no customer service.If you pick up your furniture, and its in a box, you better check it out, because if it is broke in anyway, they will not give a ***.
And no matter how big it is, they will make you bring it back, unless of course you want to pay the 100.00 fee............NO CUSTOMER service........... GO TO BILTRITE, they know how to treat a customer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I payed 888.00 for a piece of ***.Then the manager left a extremely rude message stating the I would have to bring it back, even though it was broke, because that was the mode of transportation that I picked....BILTRITE, looks it over before you leave, you look at it, and they bubble wrap for the ride home....
