Had a steinhafela brand king sized mattress delivered on the 3rd of this month and instead of the 76x80 inch measurement of king sized mattresses it is 74x76. Not sure how this can happen.

Payed for a couch. Rented a trailor drove 45 minutes to pick up. Not there. Have family coming forvweekend and no couch. They offered free delivery next week!!! So now i have to rent a trailor again and they offered no credit no apologies.
